Our designs are meticulously tailored to fit a variety of popular scales, including 1/3 BJD, 1/4 BJD, and 1/6 fashion dolls. Please check the specific size chart on each product page to ensure a perfect fit for your specific doll brand.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. For custom or made-to-order garments, please allow 7-14 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy for doll apparel?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the delicate nature of doll fashion, items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Requiem Art Designs ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties.
Are the fabrics used safe for my doll's resin or vinyl?
We prioritize high-quality, doll-safe materials. For dark-colored fabrics, we pre-wash materials to minimize the risk of staining; however, we always recommend using a protective body stocking for long-term wear of dark garments.
Can I request a custom design or colorway?
We occasionally open slots for custom commissions. If you are looking for a specific color or a modified version of an existing design, please contact us through our 'Custom Request' form for availability and pricing.
