At RAD Doll Clothes by Requiem Art Designs, we want your dolls to look their absolute best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original, unplayed-with condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the doll clothing and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they remain pristine during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our design studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
